A word about packaging:

 

We strongly believe in treating Earth with respect and care. This means that whenever possible we strive to use and promote environmentally friendly packaging, especially when packaging single portions of dry herbs. To that end we have always used paper bags for packing and shipping of dry herbs. This might not be feasible in some cases (for example, powdered spices or herbs), but remains, we believe, one of the best ways of limiting plastic waste. Paper bagging is also one of the best ways of ensuring freshness as it allows for normal air circulation and limits UV degradation of active constituents.

 

For transport, depending on the shipping conditions, we may place the paper bags in a plastic bag to prevent water damage or unintended spilling and mixing of herbs.
