RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

Returns

Your well-being is at the heart of everything we do at Health From Nature. If you’re not entirely pleased within 30 days of your purchase or online order, our team is ready to assist you.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition in which you received it, and in its original packaging.

Please note that certain items cannot be returned for health and safety reasons:

  • Bulk herbs — whether single herbs or blends (such as Father Klimuszko recipes) are non-returnable.

  • Essential oils and supplements may only be returned if the tamper-evident safety seal is intact and unbroken.

These policies help us ensure the purity, safety, and quality of all our herbal products for every customer.

Return Instructions

Please send the item(s) back to us with a proof of purchase and a short note describing the reason for the return. This will help us identify and confirm the purchase and also give us feedback on how to improve our customer service.

 

You can return your purchase via Canada Post to the following address:

All shipping charges become the sole responsibility of the customer, unless the return is the result of an error of Health From Nature. 

 

Any refused or non-deliverable packages will be canceled upon receipt and will be subject to a return-shipping fee by the carrier and this fee will be deducted from the refund amount for the products. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

 

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@healthfromnature.ca.

 

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

 

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

 

 

 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
