RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
Our goal is to make returns as easy as possible for our customers, however please note that if 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. There is no restocking fee.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We do not accept returns on products that have been mixed or blended together with other ingredients, as for example ingredients for Father Klimuszko recipes. This contaminates the raw product(s) leaving us unable to assess them in the original condition in which they were received. If you are purchasing bulk ingredients in order to create formulations, please inspect raw materials carefully before combining. We do not accept returns of opened essential oils or supplements. The tamper evident safety seal must remain unbroken in order to qualify for a return.
Please send the item(s) back to us with a proof of purchase and a short note describing the reason for the return. This will help us identify and confirm the purchase and also give us feedback on how to improve our customer service.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

All shipping charges become the sole responsibility of the customer, unless the return is the result of an error of Health From Nature Inc. Any refused or non-deliverable packages will be canceled upon receipt and will be subject to a return-shipping fee by the carrier and this fee will be deducted from the refund amount for the products. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
