SHIPPING POLICY

Our goal is to send your purchase as expeditiously as possible. Please note that your purchase and shipment will be processed during our regular working hours. Orders received after 5 pm will be processed on the next business day.

All rates are calculated on site using Canada Post.

Any refused or non-deliverable packages will be canceled upon receipt and will be subject to a return-shipping fee by the carrier and this fee will be deducted from the refund amount for the products. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Store pick-up of merchandise purchased online is free and we invite you to visit us at our Roncesvalles location.
